Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the SellerScope India Chrome extension or the website at sellerscope.sarvadhidigital.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of India. By using the Service you confirm you meet both conditions.

3. Account & license keys

• You're responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Don't share it publicly.
• Each license key is bound to a specific number of devices (1 for Starter/Pro, 5 for Team). Activating beyond that limit is blocked.
• If your key is leaked or abused, we may revoke it and issue a new one. We'll notify you by email if this happens.

4. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation

• Free plan: forever free, no card required.
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Team): billed monthly or annually via Razorpay.
• The 7-day free trial does not require a card. After the trial you drop to Free unless you actively pay.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription, or by emailing [email protected]. You keep paid features until your current period ends; no further charges.
• Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. After that, no pro-rated refunds for canceled mid-period subscriptions.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes only apply at your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service with anyone outside your seat allocation.
• Abuse the API beyond your plan's rate limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting.
• Use the Service to scrape data in violation of Amazon.in / Flipkart / other marketplace Terms of Use.
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of Indian law.
• Send malware, spam, or attempt to compromise our infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

6. Estimates & accuracy

SellerScope provides estimates — sales volumes, monthly revenues, keyword search volumes, fees, competition scores. These are directional, based on data available to us at the time, and should not be treated as guarantees of actual performance.

We make best efforts to keep fee data accurate, but Amazon.in / Flipkart can change fees without notice. Verify any business-critical numbers (e.g. exact margins) directly with the marketplace. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of our estimates.

7. Intellectual property

SellerScope and all its content (code, designs, BSR lookup tables, branding) are owned by Sarvadhi Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own e-commerce research, subject to these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service interacts with third parties including Razorpay (payments), Google Gemini / OpenAI (AI), and the marketplaces themselves (Amazon.in, Flipkart). Their terms govern your use of them. We're not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

9. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime by uninstalling the extension and canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your payment fails repeatedly. We'll always notify you by email before terminating a paid account, except in cases of fraud or abuse.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data will be 100% accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
